Bad customer service

I went to FNB Lusikisiki with my printed bank statements for them to put stamp as I used to do. The lady by the name of Gcobisa refused to allow me to get stamp as I used to do and directed me to the queue which I avoided by using ebank for printing. She was so rude when attending me. I was so irritated when she said to me " do I see a stamp in her". Her attitude was so bad I even regret having gone to the bank. I humble request her manager to take her for a customer care training and anger management course.
