Bad Customer Service

I app**** for a Temp Loan on May 2023 which was granted and then gets deducted immediately when your salary reflects in your account. I never missed not one payment but when I checked my credit score I see I am listed for a missed payment. I call in to complain then Vuyisile Zungu - Support Banker – FNB Aspire gives me a paid up letter and proceeds to advise me that it will be removed in 14 business days. More than a month later back and forth with FNB General Complaint reference *** and liaising with Semukele Mhlaba Personal & Private Service Recovery. I still have the listing on my name please assist me with getting this removed immediately.

I would also like to close my account with FNB and this is delaying me.
