Bad Customer Service

I've been a First National Bank customer for over 5 years now, but ever since this year started their service has gone from Bad to Worse. Firstly a while ago the was a cheque that was deposited in my account and I received notification with regards to that telling me the cheque will be cleared after 7 days if I'm not mistaken, but 7 days passed and still nothing when I called them I spoke to one of their consultants that sounded like he was not aware of what he was doing to a point where I actually dropped the call to put a complain ontheir website. Secondly I needed to change my cellphone banking number and I was send to pillar to post then eventually I went to a branch to try to sort it out even that one didn't work. The call centre agent told me it has been fixed, but when I tried using it while still in the branch it didn't work so I had to call them again and I spoke to a very rude agent that was inpatient. Thirdly I receive an email about 2 weeks ago asking me to email or send to a branch my proof of residential and ID book which I email beginning of November then I received another email asking if I could re-send the proof of resident which I did on the 7th November. To my surprise yesterday I went to do a little shopping for my son because he needed a few things for creche my card was declining and I didnt understand because I knew I had money in my account. I then went to the ATM to try and draw money that's when I got the slip that my account was frozen, but no one said anything to me. I called FNB yesterday and I was sent from pillar to post again which I ended up dropping the line because I was calling from cellphone. This morning I called I was sent from pillar to post, but eventually I was put to the right person that told me my account was frozen because I didn't submit my documents which I didnt understant because I sent it beginning of November then got another email from them telling me to submit another proof of resident because they can't use the one I sent I then sent the right one on the 7th November. I'm actually disgusted by their service now I'm even thinking of moving my account somewhere else.
