Bad customer service
<p>In 2007 my uncle Lloyd Netshikhudini took a loan with FNB. He lost his job and was unable to repay the loan,FNB then listed him on ITC,he has now recently.been employed by dept of health and went to FNB to enquire about assistance to settle the loan however their legal department did not want to help him or supply him with information of the attorney firm that has taken this case/account.now he is unable to access credit.due to this listing on ITC. FNB branch in Pretoria also not helpful. He would like FNB to contact him to make relevant arrangements to settle this debt and clear his name</p>
