BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I've been trying form months to open an account with FNB They say they can't assist me? I'm living in SA, but i work in Overseas, so they won't be able to call me. Only email. I do have everything you would need from me on my phone. I would also like a will and testament with FNB but yet they say they cant assist me??? I also want a life policy but yet again no assistance

Here is the story, my fiance (Chantel) has been with fnb a long time, her will is with them and her life insurance.
She told me that she is very happy! So now i want a bank account,will,and life insurance with fnb BUT
THEY CANT ASSIST ME BECAUSE I WORK IN IRELEND AND WILL ONLY BE BACK IN SA NOVEMBER (I AM A SA CITIZEN AND LIVE IN HEIDELBERG)
BUT WORK IN IRELAND AND COME HOME ONCE A YEAR..... I think my fiance was wrong about FNB
