Bad Customer Service

FNB Bond Cover Underwriters - I took a bond cover with FNB and their underwriters took ages to conclude my cover as I was following them now and then. finally they gave me the cover. now I have a second bond and took another cover. the guy who was assisting me never came back to me as he promised. I called and they told me they'll send him an email as he's the only person dealing with my case. until now he has not contacted me. that department has a tendency of nothing doing their work. hence my review, someone need to look at that department. I have only bad experience with them, nothing delivered on time irrespective of me following up several times. I have email trails to prove this.
