BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

THE worst customer service ever... i received an email telling me a customer service consultant will contact me... two days later and endless calls by myself and holding on at one stage when i phoned for over 41 minutes... even on the banking app the customer secure chat while talking to a consultant he suddenly vanished ... perhaps he fell off his chair... ten someone else came on and said tey would get SOMEONE TO CALL ME... is that the only sentence they know.. NEEDLESS TO SAY NO ONE HAS CALLED AND MY PROBLEM NOT RESOLVED....
