Bad customer experience and service

It's almost been a month now and I havent received my money back that has been deposited into my closed credit card that's been paid off many years ago, this matter has still not been resolved I don't even know what to do anymore regarding this matter,I have been baking with fnb for many years I even had my bond taken out by them that was paid off and this is the kind of service that I get back from them it's very disappointing and disgustin.
