Bad customer experience

Your customer service is horrible, i called the call centre needing assistance and i got transferred from one agent to another having to explain my situation a million times, i eventually asked to speak to a supervisor where the last agent **** and said the supervisor would call me back but never did.

I have recently moved my products over to FNB and convinced my spouse to join you, he also has received poor service for his switch, at this rate i do not think i made a good decision if this is how your customer service is.
