Bad customer experience

I was at the FNB branch in JHB CBD on Main Street. As I was standing in line the consultant name Chaiwelo literally skipped me as I was first in line and helps the white gentleman behind me. I was very offended at how he didnt even greet nor ask how he may assist. And he definitely did not make me feel like a customer instead made me feel like his doing me a favor.
