Bad customer care support

Yesterday I received a e mail my new card can be collected at ShellyBeach Branch KZM. I am a pensioner. I live 25km from Shelly BEACH. It is ABSOLUTELY PEAK high SEASON traffic. I arrived at the branch to find a note we are CLOSED. FNB can send sms message alerts DAILY and also block you to enter internet bank of you don't agree to I GOT IT NOTIFICATIONS. FNB IF YOU ARE STILL I NTERESTED IN MY ACOUNT YOU WIL!!!! ASAP deliver my card at my house!!!! before this year says goodbye or kiss my account goodbye
