Bad customer care Margate FNB
FNB is the worst banking ever. Since Kobus left the branch it is a nightmare. Nobody even looked up when I walked into the bank. I requested to close one account from which I don't benefit in any way. They refuse. I am closing all other accounts. Their service suck The customer is NOT the 1st priority. No wonder Kobus left office

23 Jan 2025, 08:55AFTER A DISPUTE YESTERDAY BECAUSE NOT ONE OF THE STAFF ACTUALLY KNEW HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION THEY BLOCKED MY INTERNET BANKING. MY DEBIT ORDERS AND EVERY OPTION. DISGUSTING THE INCOMPETENCE OF THIS BRANCH AFTER KOBUS LEFT. I HAVE NOT EVEN SIGNED CLOSE ACCOUNT PAPERS. D O N'T BANK WITH FNB READ HELLOPETER REVIEWS TO GET THE PICTURE
