Bad customer care. Consultants clueless and cant help.

I have been busy with the Paypal-FNB withdrawal process for more than a week now. It is really getting frustrating as there is no one really helping me. I’ve been calling non stop, my airtime has even finished and they don’t even bother to call back. Both my Paypal and FNB online profile are successfully linked but i still cant withdraw. When i go to the withdrawal page on the FNB site it says verification of my non-FNB account is pending. An account which i have already confirmed on Paypal. I don’t know what else you guys want. Can i just withdraw my money with no hassle? All documents have been submitted but still no success. When i call the customer care centre they just keep transferring me around it’s like they are clueless of what to do. I am tired of calling now and have no more money for airtime. Please help resolve this.
