Bad customer care

On the 15th of Feb I went to activate my credit card at eyethu mall and I made a transfer of about 9000 and bought a couple of items at picn n pay as I was told before that using the credit card helps one to earn e bucks, two days later I was just checking the Fnb app and I realised that the lady who assured me Kate at eyethu mall did not link my card to earn e buck I did that myself two days after I made the purchases I am fairly new with Fnb and when I was told about their products I was sold. Mid Feb I called Fnb e bucks dept to see if they can not help me so that I do not loose out on the e bucks. I was assured that irrespective of when the card was linked of earn e buck month end it will allocate what ever was uses in Feb between the 6&10 of he following month, supresingly when I check on the app I do not see any accumulation in Feb. I feel i was cheated as the lady knew better than I as to what to do to earn points and she did not do that and she knows why I opted to change NY credit card from Absa to Fnb as I did it at their branch. I am an unhaooy customer who feels cheated by Fnb consultant both at the branch and call centre. I don't think I would recommend anyone to take up a credit card with Fnb.
