Bad Corvid 19 relief

After taking out a Corvid relief extension, my accounts are still not paid. As a result my credit card has been suspended. Not only that now my life is at a limbo since I so much depend on credit card funds during this crisis. Lodged the complaint on Saturday and the lady send the e mail to all relevant departments. You might as well cancel the extension if it’s not going to work for me. This is so humiliating, today it’s the 04th of the month. All I am getting is the messages that I have a Corvid 19 relief in place, and the funds reflection on my profile. Today a debit order of R412,16 was returned on my Fusion account. I am accumulating bank charges on both Cheque and Credit Card accounts. I forwarded the e mails to my private banker, tried calling yesterday different departments with no luck.
