Bad Consultant

After waiting in line for 2 hours a consultant finally calls us up. When we get there she is busy with someone else so we not getting any assistance and she decides to leave her station and disappears , with no communication whatsoever. The people that came after us(about 4 of them) are getting assistance elsewhere while we are just waiting for someone who clearly does not want to help! Eventually after 10 minutes she comes back but still is busy helping someone else (why call us up when u are not done assisting other people?) She does not even apologise or anything and is busy making personal conversation with the lady she is helping ... when we decide to complain to someone else she tells that person she called us by mistake and she won't be assisting us so we must find someone else to help! She said absolutely nothing to us...The lady we complained to could not believe that she completely ignored us. I could not get her surname but her name is Lebo sitting in cubicle 6 at Sales & Service (Saturday 12 March 2016)
