Bad comnication. Slow service

I did my drivers disk renewal through FNB between the courier company Fastway and FNB it still has not been delivered. It shows that the courier company has it since 6Jan 2021. Today it is the 13Jan 2020. Nothing has been done to get this to me. I paid almost a R1000 for a service that has not been done.
