bad communication

wanted to give them 1 star but that would be harsh and undeserving , since everything about the bank is prefect excepts for online applications and the communication that follows i was expecting updates on a loan application that was approved , i didn't receive a reference number i don't even know if the application is still being processed not even sure what documents they require from me
