Bad communication

I am struggling to understand why my account can be temporarily locked, preventing me from making transactions, yet my debit or credit card can still be used to deposit funds. This inconsistency is frustrating and creates uncer*****y about my account status.

Furthermore, when I try to inquire about the issue, I often encounter difficulties in receiving satisfactory support from my bank representatives. I have been provided with multiple phone numbers to contact, but unfortunately, these have not resolved the issue, and I have yet to receive a clear explanation or have my account unlocked. As a result, I am facing financial difficulties, including fees and childcare expenses, that I am unable to manage without access to my funds.
