Bad communication and still waiting

I'm still waiting since 26 August for a incident that was logged on my behalf without my knowledge or even for what the reason is for. I've asked fnb repeatedly to look into it and or to contact me in regards to the reference number I have in email. I'm getting really tired for fnb's inability for communication and bad service.
