Bad Communication

I have been trying to get this problem sorted out for over a year now and no one has bothered to help me. I get automotive responses saying they will be in contact with me but no one has bothered. I have sent emails more than once to get to a conclusion and try get it sorted out but no one seems to know what the hell is going on. I contacted FNB on there Debt review number to see if I can get some assistance and was kindly told I must just ignore the threats as its between FNB and DEBT Busters to sort out my issue. I have not asked for someone to just ignore me I want help to figure out what the hell is going on. Please pull up all my emails and urgency request that I have put through to FNB and Debt Busters and give me a reasonable conclusion as to why FNB still feels it justifiable to still want R300 000-00 out of me after I have already paid them back R240 000-00. Between FNB and Debt Busters this issue needs serious attention to say the least, some one has got my money that I have already paid so please find it as I will not back off until I have a reasonable conclusion to this mess up. I'm even willing to make an appointment with the CEO of FNB at the back with all my payments and documentation to show all my payments that have gone through and get this sorted out, so please can the CEO of Alberton branch get in contact with me so this mess can be sorted out due to the fact that im just hitting my head on the wall cause of lack of communication from FNB and Debt Busters. The strange thing is I had a credit card/personal loan and an over draft with FNB and now all of a sudden FNB says I had an Edgard's personal loan with them what a joke I don't even have an Edgars Account. So just by this FNB you can see we have an issue. So i would like all the THREATS to stop and for the CEO to stand in and make a executive decision and handle my request as there is no communication from FNB and Debt Busters so I need this matter to be handed over to the CEO of FNB so that a conclusion can be made. Hope fully the CEO of FNB will not just shove this matter under the carpet and it receives the full attention that is required.
