Bad communication

Good day My personal loan seems to me has been paid from my Covid19 relief loan. I checked on my FNB app but the amount has not been debited from my Covid19 loan amount.

My agreement has also not been forwarded to me. The app stated that my next payment is for ny loan is in May 2020. I will not be back at work yet as I fall under level 2.

I am very disappointed that FNB has not contacted me to explain Covid-19 neither forwarded an agreement to me. This cannot be legal.
