Bad communication

Zweli Madide from FNB is sending me emails to contact him wrt my facility, but the nr *** on his signature does not exist? I do not know how i am expected to talk to someone if the nr is incorrect. Also, he keeps sending emails to people that is not on the facility anymore as per letter from the lawyers.
