Bad client sevice

I opened a private wealth banknacc with fnb.. On the 5th no funds in my account and the bank fee of 249 went off on the 8th I dep. Money in the bank Cc and they took 94.00 rand extra that shows as #item paid for what was that? But I paid it and the acc was in a few rand plus just to find the next day the exact Same transaction #item purchased -,R94.00 now the acc is in the minus again.. Its utterly terrible service and I total will not pay it again I demand it to be reversed
