Bad Client Service

There was a guy that i spoke to under ***** department called Realeboga Mabota . The guy was so rude to me and wanted to speak without hearing my story , which i ended up asking to transfer me to someone who will help me because they kept transferring me from this department to another without getting necessary assistance . Mind you i spent an hour on the phone without getting help . So that guy if he can talk to me in that manner , how many people are experiencing such rudeness or bad customer service from him ?
