Bad Client Experience at FNB Bank City Branch

Bank City Branch have to be the worst branch of them all, I don’t know if this how I’ll be treated by FNB because I’m new client. I was only fetching my card when I got an ill customer service from a consultant named Brian Khumalo the consultant showed no interest in assisting me in anyway, he rudely responded to me when I approached him politely and he just walked away from me and said he’ll attend me I’m not the only client. He never came back I had to appeal to the next consultant that was after I’ve waited for so long for Brian Khumalo to get back to me. I’m really disappointed by the treatment I was subjected to at FNB Bank City branch I’m doubtful if I still want to be FNB’s client
