Bad claims service from my house insurance(Lungile)

my complaint is regarding the lady by the name of Lungile Jiyane in claims home owners, she does not care about clients for a week and couple of days me and my children been bathing with cold water because of the lightning hitting my house damaging most things including geyser I even cached flu because of this. now I know why people say banks are not good in insurance, they don't know service, I am very upset.

I will also forward this to hello peter, I even had to look for electrician myself, FNB only sent plumbers that even today they say they didn't get report from them, if I didn't fight my claim was never got get settled, as I speak my ceiling the is no solution for it and I don't care anymore, I just want this settled I will look for another insurance.

I will fix my ceiling myself, I will take all my business and changed banks FNB is bad news.
