Bad choice of Couriers FNB

Dear FNB,

I have been a loyal customer for many years now and to be honest, it really is a joy doing business with you. Just one question....

Why would you use the worst delivery company on the face of the earth (Digital Plant) to deliver orders. I placed an order through the FNB shop which was so easy to do just to be let down by your choice of courier company.

The ENTIRE customer journey should be enjoyable and this really does reflect badly on you.

A bit disappointed in you FNB
