Bad choice

When one has two choices , both bad . Then get told it was my choice. If you read my first email carefully, you would note that I specifically requested the goods to be delivered to a certain address. You had the goods delivered to the wrong address. Your last email smacks of condescension . Perhaps you need to pass on my concerns to your superiors, instead of lecturing me on your rules and regulations.
