Bad business service. Cant open account

I’ve been trying to open a business account for more than 6 months now. It was done telephonically. Originally the process was halted because of needed documents. I sent the necessary documents and they lost it. I re send it 3 times. It was escalated 4 times trough the call centre and where asked to wait three days for resolution. I’ve visited the branch several times already only to be told that they can’t do anything on their side. Only reason I haven’t gone to another bank is that I already have 3 other Fnb accounts and would like to link them on the app for convenience. I’ve never had problems up to now. Your new system is horrible and all that happens is you get sent from call centre to call centre for hours on end.
