Bad business practice: FNB

FNB froze my whole salary end of the month. After struggling for almost a week, they "refunded' me R10K short of what I was supposed to get. I have sent an email on the 9th May again for them to give me the amount taken and for an explanation. Nothing had been done in this regard and I am at wits end. I l am currently booked off due to stress and this is just adding to my stress.
