Bad Business Conduct by FNB

I transfered some money into my Cash Stash account from my business account (date: 2019-12-01, Time: 03:30, ***) which was successful, after that the Stash Cash account just disappeared from my accounts list, with the money I had jst transferred.

I called FNB business on Mon, 2 Dec 2019 and they said the money will reflect midnite, which did not happen. I then went to chat with FNB via their live Chat from Internet Banking (chatted with Romaana Goolam), and he/she said the miney will be reversed and will reflect on Tues, 3 Dec 2019 midnite which again did not happen.

I had a chat again with FNB, on Wed, 4 Dec just after midnite and they said they don't know when the money will be reversed, I must contact the complaints department.

All I am asking is for me my money to be reversed immediately from the stash account that disappeared!!
