Bad Business Banking

Its been 9 days since i opened my business account. Which is still not active. All documents have been submitted twice now but still i getting mail requesting the same documents. The account was also opened under the enterprise number which was changed the next day at CIPC. I was told to just send *** a mail with the Cor documents and they will update the name, they received the COR documents 3 times already but still not updated? Not what i expected for FNB.
