Bad Behavior received from FNB

Greetings Im from FNB at Vereeniging Branch in Gauteng Province was assisted by Nora letsheleha was not happy about the service instead of encouraging me that my problem I have with FNB will be fixed and I must not worry she was discouraging me and she seemed very rude to me and she was unfriendly I am not sure It's because of my disability or she's normally like that or she had a bad day . We all have challenges in our life's but we don't take it out out other people and be rude to them .
