Bad Banking Service

I didn't wish to give a Rating but was forced by Peter. I Frank Seale, id - *** 08 0, Never had a Credit account with FNB but I have been put on Debt Review on their Debt Review by a person that's Not even a Debt Councillor. How could this be? I'm not even on ITC but on their Debt Revuew. The only account we had with them, was a bond years ago that was paid off. Their posts and adverts show that they're there to help, but is it? I am Struggling to get off their Debt Review and am waiting now for so long. I even went to the Banking Ombudsman but still waiting.
