Bad banking practices

Fnb is at it again....I was in arrears, made payment arrangements but decided on settling all my accounts. Theres only one of which the arrears i also payed up. But after paying the accounts and numerous calls and mails being send to the relevant departments my account are still being debited with the amounts of even the accounts that's settled. Whuch is putting my cheque account in a minus. I'm also receiving letters and messages of payment agreements that I "made" when ife never talked to any if its consultants, because theily are to busy to chat to me or reply to my mails.I initially thought they only ***** access money,because its almost four years and ife heard NOTHING. With regards to that claim aswell, igave up......... ( That's one of the main reasons i stopped banking with them, my wife now have the same problem. They can't pay the access monies because of whatever reason) My wife is going on almost a year now waiting for her monies, but nobody comes forward. They already have a bad rep with the lady that they sold the house although she made payments etc. But they continuing with their bad banking practices.
