Bad Banking Experience

I have been on the telephone the entire morning morning being sent from one department to another. I am a legal business owner and a SAAND member. I am also a registered FIC Agent. I trade with Krugerrands. I have an international client currently in South Africa. The client has some KR's to liquidate but would like the money paid into their German-based bank account. I cannot get any help from Business banking, Forex Banking, Investment Banking, Online Banking, International Payments and so on and so on...been sent from pillar to post.
