Bad banking conduct!

My account apparently has a tolerance limit that is system generated based on my bank account conduct which i did not ask for. On 11 November my card was swiped and a substantial amount went through and i did not have sufficient funds in my account now my account is in a negative balance. @RBjacobs why do i have a tolerance limit on my account without my consent? Am not happy with this service
