Bad banking

Just would like to thank FNB private clients for NOT phoning me back and FNB just took my money out of my credit card that was not in arrears and you do not even have a explination as to why the money is gone now i am stuck in capetown no money to return home from cape town i will not forgive you for this,and my banking will be moved to a new bank that i feel is better than you
