Bad bank service
I am waiting feedback on ***** case for the last 7 days. Call the *****line and holding on for a half an hour, this is the wosrt banking service i have received

04 Jun 2021, 09:49Still no reply to my ***** report, just stupid emails saying they are looking at it. FNB does not care about customers , people must no that FNB is the worst bank out of the 4 big bank. I will refer this matter to the ombudsman as 10day are up. keep up the bad work
