Bad bank rating because of your incompetence!! You are the worst bank ever

I had a GREAT credit record and GREAT relationship with FNB until I took out a FNB connect contract and received the worst service ever! I fought with them for MONTHS because they messed up my account, debited me thousands of rands and costing me hours of admin and frustration to sort it out, so much so that I contacted Premier banking to intervene and try help but without luck and then I decided to move to ABSA because of your terrible service. I called a few times to try request to change my FNB connect debit order to my credit card as my salary was now being paid into my ABSA account and it became more difficult to transfer the correct funds into the correct account at the correct time to have funds available for my device payment which bounced a few times but was always recovered when you decided to eventually deduct it and now my bank rating with you is ruined and I have been marked as high risk. I subsequently moved my account back to FNB giving it another try but only to find out you won't help me with anything because of the stupid FNB connect contract. If you look at my history with you before I took out that stupid contract you will see how great my score was, I qualified for a lot of credit I didn't want or took, now I want to apply for a home loan but I can't even get an overdraft for R1000. Everything went wrong when I took out that stupid contract, you should speak to Smart devices and listen to my calls when they delivered the wrong device, billed me incorrectly, overcharging me, etc. I even logged a complaint on Hello Peter for Smart devices and NOBODY even bothered to pick up the phone and talk to me. I honestly will never deal with your bank again if you cannot fix this issue. I will close all my accounts with you and never look back again. 'How may we help you?' should be 'How may be ruin you?'. I really can't believe this.

Got a call from FNB and unfortunately as per usual nobody can help me. Just found out this morning that because of my bad bank rating I can now no longer even earn Ebucks, wow!! Spoke to another call centre agent and guess why, because of my FNB connect contract!! The worst mistake of my life. I am done with FNB. Nothing here for me. No benefits, just ruin. Nobody can do anything about anything.

Why doesn't FNB connect make an option to transfer funds into the account in the case of a 'missed' payment. They don't even give you an option to pay the account in any other way than a debit order and if for any reason there was no money in the account it will just COUNT AGAINST YOU, no chance of transferring funds when you realized it was missed because you just moved your account to a different bank because of their incompetence. FNB Connect should rethink their whole payment procedure and why I, as an ex-Premier account holder is completely penalized because of this, is absolutely besides me. FNB Premier should also consider to delink from FNB Connect customer accounts to avoid this. FNB connect should perhaps consider a grace period of 2 days to recover a missed payment and not downgrade a Premier customer to junk because they are unable to collect immediately after or because they give no other options to settle. If my car payment bounces back, which it never has, none of my other payments have, just FNB Connect!, then at least they give me an option to transfer the funds or they call me to let me know! They don't just immediately post it on the Credit Bureau. .I was a VERY good Premier customer before all the FNB Connect nonsense and I am livid for being treated like a junk customer. You can take any interest I have had with FNB for the last 15 years and s**** it. You obviously don't care !
