BAD BANK

I have received terrible service from a bank with whom I have been with for more than 20 years! They refused to return an unauthorised debit order for me. I will be closing my account with them and moving my money on call account to another bank. When using their App to speak to a consultant it keeps getting cut off!! Very frustrating!!
