Bad Bank

I have never been so frustrated with a bank than I am at the moment with FNB bank, they charged me a fee for unpaid fees , when I query it they say they honored certain purchases while there was no funds in my account, but I have proof when I made those transactions I have funds in my account, actually for each transaction I ensured I transferred the amount needed, for each. Because each provider does not bank their receipts or transactions on the same day I am getting penalized because of that, even though I have proof I had funds each time, FNB does not approve any transactions if there are no funds in your account, I am proof of that it happened to me more than once, their service advisor cause she cant answer me tells me to go to the branch but FNB is forever promoting using ur app and online banking instead of going into the branch, they promote using your card, then penalize you for what the 3rd party does its ridiculous, the worst bank ever to think I recommended this bank to so many people in my family and work place I will not be doing such anymore, cause I don't want anyone going through what I am. In todays economy every cent counts for a middle class working single mom like me, but FNB sees it fit to ***** from us.
