Bad bank

I was recently ****med using a FNB business account and the ***** department is in effective and doesn't respond to emails or provide any feedback even when they make promises, they will not keep them. the person handling my claim at their ***** department waited for me to contact him and then made a promise as a result i am closing all my bank accounts held by fnb as they do not assist in the monies, we intrusted them with, and we are not getting the service we are paying for.
