bad bad service with Investment

Fixed Deposit ***

I received a sms from FNB Investments on the 20th of July advising that my fixed deposit was due for renewal on the 27th of July 2020. When I phoned FNB Investments on the morning of the 27th of July; I was told that the Investment has already been re-invested in June and that she suspects the sms was sent in error I had to log a complaint with *** as I wanted to invest the funds elsewhere but now have to pay a penalty if I should want to draw the funds. (I included a screenshot of the message that I received.) - no feedback

I suspect this was done on purpose as the interest rates are very low now and they knew that they are losing business?

I need this account to be closed and the funds paid to my personal account so that I can invest where I want to - without penalties
