Bad bad service from FNB short term insurance

I registered a claim beginning of September 2023 from my home contents insurance after experiencing burglary in my house. My claim was finally partially approved after a month of waiting due to the fact that I am under insured, which I understood. Even up to this day, I haven't received any communication or payout from them. I have been enquiring since last week and they keep telling me stories. They wait for me to enquire and only then they tell me lousy stories. I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone!!!
