BAD BAD SERVICE FNB NICOLWAY BRANCH

An ATM transaction was done on my account and something went wrong as the amount withdrawn was less than the amount appearing on my incontact. I was told to go to the William Nicol Branch at Nicolway shopping centre to lodge a dispute.I lodged a dispute and up till today, no one has gotten back to me. I have made several follow up calls to them since then and have been promised every time that they will get back to me. Its going for 2 months now and still no response.
