BAD BAD SERVICE EVER!!!!

My name is Thobiswa Saravoyne Bhengu

I opened a business account in March with fnb they picked up that a used to be a Duma then i told them that io nolonger a Bhengu and that i have been a Bhengu for more then 9 years so please on this card that im applying for address me as Bhengu...

I sent all the document required by the bank and none of them had a Duma Surname on it after severasls calls i mnade to them no card has been sent to me and then each time whn i call i rectify the surname and they tell it is change..04/04/2018 i received a sms saying my congratulations!you are FICA compliant.Please transfer money into your account to activate it...which i did....but still today is the 3/05/2018 have not received the card when i called a Melisa assisted me address me as Bhengu said card is ready to be sent to me and transfared me to the courier company to set up the date of the delevery...okay as disapointed as i am that it more then the 5 to 7 working days...but hold on for the courier company...there i spoke to a Shudufadu who said there is no Bhneug card but a Duma card waited there for more then 21 days and i need to apply for a correct card with fnb advised me to call fb which i did hold on the line for more then 10 and spoke to A Thabo Phala requested a team leader or a manager but said he does not understand why i need the team leader he can assist but after telling him the storry..constantly trying to cut me while im speaking to him then said there is no manager available and when i ask him how can he assist me said hi can NOT assist me i then called again spoke to a Jennifer Monnaesi axplained everything and she just asked me what i already told her if i sent all documents then said will request a new card which will take 5 to 7 working day to be deliverd to no apologies what so ever and attitude in between...TJO...THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! i wish to cancel maybe il get a better service from nedbank,absa or starndard bank...
