Bad bad service

Month after month I have to complaint about debit orders that I cannot reverse myself on my banking app. There is now another 1 I have to reverse but I cannot it does not give me the option and I wont pay the R40,00 to reverse it. And You do not gt trough to FNB it is a struggle really???>
