Bad Bad Service

I only had good things to say about the FNB app,buy recently it has been a nightmare.i am convinced they place you on hold so that you rather drop the call than wait 30+ minutes on hold.this happened to me more than twice in now.Reporting ********** transactions and simply being put on hold is really diassapointing..I'd rather you tell me you not going to help me than make me wait...Taking into consideration you have to wait 10days for feedback ..you still have to call again to get feedback...I've been on hold for well over an hour altogether..with no help at all
